Open from Tuesday to Sunday between 9am - 11am but closed on Mondays, they offer an all-day brunch menu which includes their Truffle Benedict ($18). Served on a brioche base with honey baked ham, wilted spinach, two free-range poached eggs and their signature truffle hollandaise sauce.

  • I really liked the modern and bright feel to Pacamara alongside the dedication you sense to their craft. Their Truffle Benedict was beautifully presented with two well poached eggs of good quality. I really enjoyed the spinach which was layered between the brioche base and honey baked ham. Their signature truffle hollandaise sauce blended well with all the other flavours and certainly made for a unique and rich tasting variation on this traditional dish.
