My favorite shop for Japanese Ramen. The menu is super simple - a chicken thigh in soup with noodles. You pick the noodle hardness, soup flavor and strength, and any add-ons like seaweed. Free flow hard boiled eggs and some quirky stuff like grind-your-own sesame seeds make the experience quite unique, in addition to the traditional setting. A queue is to be expected around lunch/dinner hours, but definitely worth it!
