2 Stars because of the low value for money. Very expensive for what is essentially a course that reads first aid to you. However they do value add by helping you retain knowledge and make links (which is VERY important in USMLE) through very interesting course material.
Would have given it 4 stars if it were free (ask captain jack sparrow how to get it for free) and if you have a long prep time (5-6 months)

3.5 stars because although it is a really good pathology book, it has a lot of low-yield information that is not really optimised for the step 1 exam. definitely read it if you have more prep time (5-6 months) as it helps you to understand and integrate path with the other subjects much better but for < 3month prep time, skip it and read pathoma instead.
