Tucked into a small shop house on Bukit Timah Road, The Missing Pan is well known in the area for its ground floor bakery and first floor brasserie. Their brunch menu is available from 9am to 5pm on Tuesday to Saturday, and from 9am to 6pm on Sunday and Public Holidays.
On their brunch menu they offer both their Crackling Pork Belly Eggs Benedict ($18) and their Salmon Gravlax Eggs Benedict ($20).
The Crackling Pork Belly Eggs Benedict is served on an orange brioche base, pork belly with two poached eggs, hollandaise and sprinkled chives.
The Salmon Gravlax Eggs Benedict is served on an orange brioche, sour cream spread, two poached eggs, thinly sliced cured salmon with sea salt, sugar, lemon and dill, topped with hollandaise sauce and sprinkled chives.
