Their Poached Eggs on Spinach & Potato Cakes is served with two slices of wholemeal toast, a sachet of butter, smoked salmon, two poached eggs set on two spinach and potato cakes alongside a creamy hollandaise sauce.

  • Not one of the best laid out Eggs Florentine I've been presented. I didn't enjoy the sachet of butter being thrown in with the dish. That aside, the potato and spinach base hidden beneath the poached eggs aided the overall flavours and I enjoyed the creamy hollandaise sauce. The generous serving of smoked salmon drizzled in lemon juice proved a tasty addition and the eggs were runny but of relatively low quality.
